About the Gmail connection
Connecting a Gmail account is optional and always initiated by the member. When connected, Commerce Fountain displays your email inside the platform and lets you send replies and new messages - keeping read, star, archive, and label state in sync with Gmail. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, your data is never sold or used to train AI models, and you can disconnect at any time.
